All room prices include a delicious fresh and largely organic breakfast and are inclusive of local taxes and VAT. Should you plan to stay with us for a longer period please contact us for a quote. Bookings for weekends are only accepted for two consecutive nights. Of course you are very welcome to call us on a Friday or Saturday morning to check for availability. During the Grand Prix of Belgium, a surcharge applies and the minimum stay is three nights. Please contact us for details and availability.

Down payment / garantee
To confirm and garantee your reservation, we ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total price for your stay. We do not accept payment by creditcard or other bank cards. There are several cash machines/ATMs in the neighbouring villages, at approximately 15 mins from La Petite Roer, that take most bank- and creditcards.

Cancellations
Up to two weeks before your planned arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. Should you cancel within two weeks of your planned arrival, you are charged for the amount of the deposit.

General
Your room is available from 16:00 PM on the day of your arrival and check out is 11:00 AM at the latest. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 AM. 
La Petite Roer is a fully non smoking Bed and Breakfast.
You can not take your pets to La Petite Roer.
